Everyone in an organisation needs a purpose to be there. They need to know where they are going and why.
You as a manager, supervisor or CEO have to provide that purpose. You need to build a sense of purpose for individuals, your group, or the whole organisation. How do you do that?

Your vision will become the sense of purpose for everyone you work with and lead. Share it so they too can build a mission, plans, goals and objectives.
