GreyMatter was founded by Mike Warren, who has many years’ experience of shaping the future. He has spent the past three decades improving methods for NPD and establishing best practice in strategy and innovation. As a senior executive for several public-listed companies, Mike has led marketing operations in both large and small business units. Mike has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of London and a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Management College.


Project Management
PD-Trak™ is a product development and process management system that vastly improves the chance of launching a successful product. It provides the tools to develop and maintain project budgets, schedules and business case. Originally developed with Hewlett-Packard, PD-Trak is now used world-wide by project managers to track and report actions.
